It is able to be used from birth thanks to a newborn-friendly flat recline, has a compact fold to make it easy to store and can roll effortlessly over grass, sidewalks and cobblestone. The light PIPA Urbn car seat is also available in part of a set for a complete travel solution. The price is more expensive than our other picks but our tester said that it was worth the cost because it's durable and can handle even the most strenuous outings.
Three-wheelers are a great choice for a lightweight stroller that can still handle some more rugged terrain. The Thule Shine was a previous winner in this category. It's a bit more expensive than our other picks but it's solid and comes with plenty of features (car seat compatibility! dual cup holders!) This makes it a worthwhile purchase. It can also be folded down to fit in the overhead bins of airplanes making it an ideal option for families who travel a lot.

The BOB Sport Utility
The BOB Sport utility is the best stroller to use when you want to get off the beaten track and get some exercise. This jogging stroller features pneumatic knobby tires that are ideal for trail runs and a hand brake that lets you manage the downhills. It also has a top-of-the-line suspension system and a two-step folding design and a massive cargo basket. If you purchase the right adapters you can pair it with an infant car seat.
The biggest issue with this stroller is its weight and dimensions when folded. It weighs 25 pounds and folds down to 17,850 cubic inches, which is average for this group. Its large footprint makes it unsuitable for narrow turns or trunk spaces, but it does have a small handle at the back of the storage basket that you can pull to collapse it into the most compact, flat position.
This stroller is easy to maneuver despite its size. Its front wheel has the ability to lock it so that you change it from normal to locked running mode, and the handlebar can be adjusted in height for different heights of parents. It has a large seat which can be reclined to nearly flat, and a large window made of vinyl.
The Sport Utility also scored a 9/10 for its exceptional quality. It has a strong frame made of aluminum with tight connections, no rough edges, and no weak stitching. It also has adjustable dampers which aid in smoothness of the rolling.
As with the other BOB strollers we've reviewed, the Sport Utility has optional car seat adapters that allow you to use it with a variety of infant car seats. It took us 5:24 minutes in our tests to put together the stroller from packing it up to getting it ready to go. The assembly was simple however you'll require a Philips screwdriver. The manual provided is well-organized and clear, but it's a good idea to have one in your the case.
The Baby Trend Expedition
The design is crafted with safety, style and convenience in mind, this jogger features a parent tray with 2 cup holders, covered storage and a swing-away tray for children that has two cup holders. The adjustable canopy, with its peek-aboo windows and a wide ergonomically-designed handle, offer comfort to both parents. The lockable front swivel wheel can be locked for jogging, and unlocked for strolling. The large storage basket is perfect for storing the essential items you need to travel with.
Consumer Reports' Strollers test program shows that the Baby Trend Expedition Jogger is a good value for its price and has higher scores than its competition across several categories. The 5-point harness that folds, unfolds, adjusting backrest, engaging wheel brakes, and infant car seat installation and removal (only compatible models) are all included. It's designed with an easy recline with one hand, which is deep enough to allow napping. The canopy cover that has an adjustable ratcheting isn't easy to use. It takes around 8 minutes to set it up. The instructions are confusing, with multiple languages mixed in with difficult-to-read illustrations.
The only downside for this jogger is its absence of suspension. This means that the ride could be more bumpy than other all-terrain strollers. This could cause discomfort for children, particularly when they're on the close to a nap. The air-filled wheels are great, but don't offer as much cushioning as rubber tires that are found on strollers that are more expensive.
This is a good option for those who don't intend to run frequently but would like to walk across grass and gravel without difficulty and without issues with curbs or other obstacles. It's also a great choice for families with limited space as it folds into a compact unit. It's lighter than a lot of the other strollers we've tested and can fit in places where some full-size strollers cannot.

This new version of Out 'n' About's 3-wheeled stroller designed specifically for jogging and has large 16 pneumatic alloy tyres that can handle even the most difficult paths and tracks. The Nipper is also light and compact, making it easy to fold and move.
The pushchair is equipped with a range of features that make it suitable for all kinds of terrain, including front suspension and a handlebar brake. It also comes with a recline seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions and a removable quilted seat liner as well as a padded five point safety harness and hinged bumper bar. It's also travel system-compatible which means you can use it with a Cybex, Maxi-Cosi, or a Be-Safe infant car seat.
This buggy also has a large front wheel that helps to provide an easy ride for the child. This is especially important when tackling difficult terrain as it enables the buggy to follow better and glide more easily over dips and bumps. Nipper Sport is easy to drive and has a single pedal brake. The handlebar features an ergonomic design and a single-pedal lock brake with adjustable steering. The buggy is also easy to fold and has clear step-by-step instructions and pictures in the user's manual.
The Nipper Sport is designed for children aged from 6 to months. It can be used with a newborn thanks to the built-in insert. However, it is not recommended for use with babies less than six months old because the harness of the seat isn't secure enough to secure them.
This pushchair also lacks a storage basket under the seat. The small shopping bag located at the back of the seat isn't large enough to accommodate a large changing bag. It is, however, extremely easy to unfold and close, with only two hand-holds needed to release the plastic catches on the opposite side of the lower frame. The red handlebar is equipped with an additional lock that can be opened using just one hand.
